Transformation and Leadership Coach:
Coaching and Group Facilitation for purpose-driven people & organizations

MY passion is to support purpose driven people and organization do their good work more effectively.

I have spent my entire career working in purpose driven organization.

From non-profits, to schools, to medical institution, I have seen how passionate people put their whole selves into their work. I’ve also seen the toll that this can take; high burnout rates, exhaustion, and frustration.

Since 2019 I’ve been committed to help these same people make shifts that allow them to keep doing the work they love without the toll.

How am i different from other Leadership Coaches?

I’m not an advisor or mentor; my clients are good at what they do and have networks of peers with whom they can consult.

I offer an opportunity to look at problems from a different perspective and find the right path for you. My clients are smart enough to know that if they dig in, they can figure out next step, and they are ready to do the hard work.

My work goes below the surface to understand our deeper motivations.
I have a background in therapy and bring those deep listening and understanding skills to the conversation. I will walk alongside you on the journey to a life that makes sense and feels right.

I offer no formulas or 10 step programs. My clients have enough structure in their lives, they need an opportunity to unwind the complications and let me tailor an approach that makes sense for them.

Who are my Clients?

my educational background and life experience makes me uniquely qualified to guide you in this journey.

I have both a master’s in social work from Smith College and a coaching certificate from Brown University School for Continuing Education, with additional training in team coaching and Brene´ Brown’s Dare to Lead curriculum.

I have worked as both a therapist and a transformation leadership coach.  I’ve spent years deeply understanding how our mindset and thinking impacts our experiences. From Buddhist philosophy to the researched based work of Carol Dweck and Brene´ Brown, I bring a broad perspective to my work.

In addition, my personal journey allows me to hold my clients with deep compassion.  I have engaged in therapy, coaching, yoga, and meditation, to better understand how to ride the waves of my own life without being crashed on the beach too often.

I live in Western Massachusetts on a small farm surrounded by my human and animal family.
