My work is contractual and goal-based, so the scope and length of each engagement is completely determined by the needs of you or your organization. We will have regular check-ins to ensure we both feel things are progressing in a productive way.

I am based in Western Massachusetts, but I (intentionally) don’t have an office space — connecting in my client’s environment helps me better meet them where they are. For some that’s their individual space at work, a favorite public space, or over the phone. I prefer to meet groups in their place of work, if possible, to get the clearest sense of how they're operating as a team. I am available to travel for group facilitation or training outside of Western Massachusetts.

My fee structure varies based on the nature of each contract. I do offer retainer contracts, and am happy to work with schools and non-profit organizations to define a scope based on available funding.
While the coaching field has largely catered to white folx, I work to create a safe space where my clients can show up with their full selves. No matter your gender identity, race, education, financial means or class status you are welcome here.
